These terms govern your use of pawreliapets.com and any purchase you make from us. By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to them. Please read the safety section — it matters more than the rest.

1. Who we are

Contact: contact@pawreliapets.com. In these terms "we", "us" and "Pawrelia" mean that business; "you" means the person using the site or placing an order.

2. Safe use of the grooming stand

The Pawrelia™ Grooming Hammock Stand is a grooming aid. It supports your pet's weight so their legs are not carrying them while you work. It is not a restraint device, a carrier, a crate, or a place for a pet to rest.

  • Never leave a pet unattended in the hammock, even for a moment.
  • Intended for dogs and cats up to 25 lb (11 kg). Do not exceed this.
  • Use on a flat, dry, level surface. Check the legs are locked open and the straps are secure before lifting your pet in.
  • Not for animals that are ill, injured, pregnant, elderly, panicked or in respiratory distress. If your pet is distressed, take them out.
  • Not a toy and not for children to operate.
  • Inspect the fabric, straps and hardware before every use. Stop using it if anything is torn, frayed or bent.

You are responsible for supervising your own animal. If you are unsure whether the stand is suitable for your pet, ask your veterinarian first.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. Placing an order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we send your dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if a price or description was clearly wrong, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

Promotional pricing, bundle discounts and countdown offers are limited-time and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Compare-at prices refer to the regular price we charge for the item outside of a promotion.

4. Add-on services

  • Shipping Protection — covers loss, theft and transit damage. Claim within 30 days of dispatch. Full terms in our Shipping Policy.
  • Priority Dispatch — moves your order to the front of the packing queue. It affects our handling time only, not carrier transit time.
  • 30-Day Damage Guarantee — if your pet chews or damages the stand within 30 days of delivery, we send a free replacement and you do not need to return the damaged one. One replacement per order. It covers pet-caused damage and accidents in normal household use; it does not cover deliberate destruction, commercial or grooming-salon use, or loss.

These are optional and are only active if you added them at checkout and they appear on your order confirmation.

5. The free digital guide

Nail Trims Without the Fight is provided free with qualifying orders and is delivered by email. It is for your personal use: you may keep it and print it for yourself, but you may not resell, republish or redistribute it. It is general guidance for pet owners and is not veterinary advice.

6. Reviews and submissions

If you send us a review, photo or comment, you keep ownership of it and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on our site and marketing. You confirm it is your own work and honest. We may edit for length or remove anything unlawful, abusive or misleading.

7. Our content

The Pawrelia name, logo, product photography, copy and site design belong to us. Please do not copy or reuse them without written permission.

8. Accuracy

We work hard to describe our products accurately, but we do not warrant that every description, photograph, colour rendering or delivery estimate is error-free or current. Colours can differ between screens.

9. Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our products are supplied for household use; we make no warranty of fitness for any commercial purpose.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States. Statutory consumer rights in your own country of residence are unaffected.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
